Andrei Kirilenko admited to Russian newspaper “Sport Express”, that he will not take part in the upcoming World Championship in Turkey with Russia.
Kirilenko missed many games late last season due to injury for the Utah Jazz and prefered to rest in order to be in shape for the next NBA season. “We will be weak without Kirilenko” comented Sergey Bykov on the situation.
