According to Sportando, free agent shooting guard J.R. Smith, who last played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, turned down a $1.6 million offer from Chinese team Jiangsu.
This past season, the 33-year-old mostly has been away from the Cavaliers and appeared in only 11 games, averaging 6.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
