Former Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue is reportedly set to join the Los Angeles Clippers coaching staff.
According to Marc Stein of the New York Times, the Clippers are closing in on hiring Lue as a top assistant coach under head coach Doc Rivers.
Recently Lue was the leading candidate for the Los Angeles Lakers head coach position following firing of Luke Walton. But the talks broke down.
Lue has previously worked as an assistant coach for Doc Rivers for the Clippers in 2013-2014 season.
