The draw which sorted 17 European national teams in four groups to fight for places in Eurobasket 2009 was completed today in Venice, Italy. Turkey, Serbia, Italy and France are the big guns that will have to play qualification games. The games of the qualifying round will be played in August and September 2008. Group winners and three best second placed teams will qualify for Eurobasket 2009.
