AX Armani Exchange Milan put some veteran know-how in its backcourt by signing combo guard Shelvin Mack to a two-year contract, the club announced on Thursday.

Mack (1.90 meters, 29 years old), who will make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut, split last season between Memphis and Charlotte of the NBA. He averaged 7.9 points and 3.4 assists in 53 games with Memphis before joining Charlotte for four games late in the season.

He has also played for Washington, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Utah and Orlando of the NBA, as well as for Maine of the NBA G League. In 456 NBA regular season career games with seven different teams, Mack has averaged 6.6 points and 3.1 assists.

Mack also helped Butler University reach the NCAA Tournament championship game in 2010 and won a gold medal at the 2009 U19 World Championships with the USA national team.
