According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Toronto Raptors have agreed to sign free agent small forward Stanley Johnson to a two-year, $7.5 million contract, with a player option in the second season.
Last season, the 23-year-old averaged 6.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.
