Per Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, Chris Paul wants to leave the Houston Rockets and has demanded a trade.
The reason is his relationship with James Harden, which has reached its breaking point and has led Paul to the decision to leave Houston.
According to the report, the backcourt mates went nearly two months without speaking to each other during the season, while Harden hasn’t returned Paul’s repeated attempts at communicating this offseason.
That said, the GM of the Rockets Daryl Morey has to fix this issue, as the nine-time All-Star has three years left in his contract (worth $124M) and the majority of the teams may not be interested in signing him.
