As a one of the most versatile centers in the NBA he was giving important supstance to the chemistry of unforgettable Kings show time and legendary playoff series with Los Angeles Lakers during the six seasons (1999-2004).

Kings fans will never forget the last seconds of fourth match in Western Finals series in season 2001/2002 against Los Angeles Lakers, when the ball after Vlade’s rebound came to Robert Horry’s hands and three pointer shoot passed through the net at the buzzer. Lakers tied at 2:2 though Kings had advantage of 24 points at 50:26.
