The Sporting Judge announced today (23/05) that Olympiacos has been officially relegated to the second division, after forfeiting Game 1 of the playoffs against Panathinaikos.
Per the announcement, the “Reds” were relegated, due to their decision to not play against the “Greens”. Consequently, they were eliminated from the playoffs and were placed at the bottom of the standings.
Olympiacos forfeited the game against Panathinaikos after referees Panagiotis Anastopoulos and Tasos Manou were appointed to officiate the match.
