Houston Rockets center Clint Capela stated he is looking forward to facing the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference semi-finals.
Here is what the Swiss player told reporters in the post-game press conference of Game 5 between Houston and the Utah Jazz:
“I want to face the Warriors. We’ve been working all year long. If you want to be the champion you have to beat the champions.”
The Rockets won the series against the Jazz (4-1) and advanced to the semi-finals. Their opponent will be either the two-time defending champions or the LA Clippers. Golden State is up 3-2, with Game 6 taking place in LA on Friday (26/04).
