The Milwaukee Bucks will sign Tim Frazier

Bucks officially sign Tim Frazier. He’ll earn $211K, and carry $197K cap hit. They’re now $250K below tax line, but Tony Snell has $400K bonuses. They’d slide $423 under if reach NBA Finals, but cross into tax territory if win NBA title (unless Christian Wood claimed on waivers).

Milwaukee Bucks will sign guard Tim Frazier and waive forward Christian Wood in aftermath of Malcolm Brogdon foot injury, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

The Bucks have requested waivers on Christian Wood.

Wood played in 13 games with the Bucks and averaged 2.8 points and 1.5 rebounds in 4.7 minutes per game.

Would expect teams to take a hard look at claiming Christian Wood. The center has a $1.6M non-guaranteed contract for 19-20 with protection increased to 50% if not waived by the reg. season. Available to be claimed by all 29 teams at good value.
