The Italian League announced the schedule for the upcoming season in the Serie A championship. The season will start on October 4, with Montepaschi Siena and Virtus Bologna facing off in the SuperCoppa in a do-or-die match.
The championship will start the following weekend, on October 11, and will finish on May 16, just four days before the start of the play off on May 20. The latest date to know who is the 2010 Campione will be June 25 if the Finals go to game 7. The games scheduled for the fisrt leg of the Serie A, Sunday October 11 are the following:
