ImageQuite some transfers and rumours from Greece. AEK, Panathinaikos, Olympiacos, Trikala, Ilysiakos and Kolossos are all active.

Starting with AEK, Periklis Dorkofikis has renewed his contract with AEK after he was reassured by the club's administration that he will receive the money he is owed by the club due to late payments.

Jumping to central Greece, Trikala is probably the most active team in Greece. They managed to sign not one, not two but

four players. A.J. Abrams, Petros Noeas, Vaggelis Sakellarious and Vassilis Simtsak.

Hopping to the island of Rhodes next, Kolossos convinced two very important players of theirs to remain in the club for the next season too. Kostas Charisis and Aggelos Tsamis.

Athens based and newly promoted club Ilysiakos signed their first American player in the off-season transfer market, Brent Petway.

Finally Panathinaikos and Olympiacos are rumoured to be fiercely battling for two of the best Greek prospects who led Greece to the U20 European Championship, Leonidas Kaselakis and Kostas Papanikolaou. But the case of Papanikolaou could be trickier than it seems as his current club, Aris, is not willing to let him go with anything under a million euros.
