Jeremy Lin will be wearing No. 17 with the Raptors. In the comments of his IQ post, he confirms that he texted Jonas Valanciunas and got permission to wear JV's long-time number. Classy move by Lin to ask. Even classier move by JV to sign off.

Jeremy Lin posted a photoshop of him in a #17 Raptors jersey on IG, if you were wondering what direction he might be going there. Has always worn 7 (Lowry) or 17 (JV). He also says JV gave him permission.
