A 25-18 run in the third quarter helped Barcelona defeat Unicaja Malaga at home (94-83) and remain on top of the ACB.

It was a close game in the first half (17-15, 41-41), with the hosts taking over since then.

The Catalans outscored their opponents 25-18 in the third quarter and were in front by seven in the last part of the game (66-59).

Malaga turned things around, though, and cut the deficit to one (71-70). Yet, Barcelona stood tall and went on a 18-8 run to take a double-digit lead and seal the deal (89-78).

Six players scored in double figures for the winners, with Kevin Pangos and Adam Hanga posting a team-high 16 points apiece.

Ryan Boatright and Kyle Wiltjer stood out for the losing squad, with 17 and 14 points, respectively.

Barcelona improved to 16-2, whereas Unicaja Malaga dropped to 11-7.
