Baskonia announced that Jayson Granger will undergo ankle surgery and will be sidelined for the next three to four months.
The versatile guard has been dealing with an ankle injury since the 2017/18 season. Now, the team and the player have decided that surgery is the best solution to repair his problem.
Granger has averaged 7.2 points, 2.4 assists and 1.6 rebounds in the 2018/19 EuroLeague as well as 6.9 points, 4.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds in the ACB.
