Lietuvos rytasBranko Milisavljevic is a new player at Lietuvos Rytas but he had no troubles adjusting in a game against arch rivals Zalgiris. Lithuanian champions were the favourites to win the game. Though everytime when these two teams meet each other the chances are equal despite missing players.

Lietuvos Rytas starter strong right from the first minute. Hard work in defence and good shooting was keeping Vilnius club in front as well as helping their lead grow.

It was 53:33 for Rytas after the first half. A huge margin in game like this. Zalgiris couldn't find a guy who would be able to turn the game around. Despite several efforts in the second half, the gap stayed in double digits.

Neither Loren Woods nor Ratko Varda were able to anything. Contrary for Rytas, almost every player that stepped on the court was able to score points.

Lietuvos Rytas missed Matthew Nielsen, Mindaugas Lukauskis, Marijonas Petravicius, Arturas Jomantas and Chuck Eidson, four players that should be starters.

Meanwhile Zalgiris was missing only a backup point guard Mantas Kalnietis.

Final score 89:79. Lietuvos Rytas will face either Barons Riga or Tartu Rock tomorrow in the Presidents Cup final.

Zalgiris will play in a third place game.
