According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Boston Celtics center Aron Baynes broke his left hand and will undergo surgery.
Baynes is expected to return to basketball activities in a month. Australian big man suffered the injury playing against the Phoenix Suns.
This season, Baynes is averaging 5.5 points, 4.4 rebounds,1.3 assists and 0.5 blocks per game, while shooting at 44.1 percent from the field and 32.4 percent from the three-point range.
