Kyrie Irving was unstoppable and helped the Boston Celtics edge the Toronto Raptors at home in overtime (123-116).
Toronto entered the fourth quarter in front by four (78-82), yet they saw Boston react and tie the game to force an overtime (107-107).
In the extra period, the Celtics played better on both ends of the floor (16-9) and claimed a big victory against their rivals in the Eastern Conference.
Irving was tremendous for the winners, with a game-high 43 points (on 18/26 shooting) and 11 assists, as four more players scored in double figures for the hosts.
On the other hand, Kawhi Leonard had a team-high 31 points and 15 rebounds for the losing squad, with Serge Ibaka adding 21 and Kyle Lowry 14 (along with seven assists).
Boston improved to 9-6, whereas Toronto dropped to 12-4.
