The Houston Rockets made another disappointing performance and were defeated by the Portland Trail Blazers at home (85-104).

Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic scored 22 points apiece for the Blazers, with C.J McCollum adding 19. On the other hand, Chris Paul had 17 points and nine assists for the Rockets, who suffered their fifth defeat in six games (1-5).

Portland played very well in the second and third quarter and outscored Houston 47-66 to take a 23-point lead and never look back. The hosts made another poor performance on both ends of the floor and couldn’t make a come-back.

This was the fifth win in seven games for the Blazers (5-2).
