According to Jon Krawczynski, there is some possibility that the 32-year-old former NBA player Monta Ellis might comeback to the league as the Minnesota Timberwolves are going to work out former NBA star and the Most Improved Player (2007).

Last time Ellis played in 2016-2017 season for the Indiana Pacers. That season he was averaging 8.5 points and 3.2 assists per game. On July 6, 2017, he was waived by the Pacers.

His best career period was in the Golden State Warriors. Despite the fact that even for several seasons Ellis was averaging over 20-plus points he has never played in the NBA All-star game.

During his 12th year career in the NBA Monta Ellis averaged 17.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game.

Other players who also will be under the Timberwolves consideration are Brandon Paul and Brandon Rush.
