Khimki Moscow leader, Alexey Shved, spoke with the Russian newspaper Izvestia about the upcoming season in the EuroLeague as well as the offers he rejected during the off-season.
Here is what the Russian guard said:
On the club’s target ahead of the new season: “We hope to reach the Final Four. First, we have to practice and prepare for the upcoming season. The team is working together and everyone helps each other.
The newest additions adjust quickly and so we will take it one game at a time, in an effort to succeed.”
On the offers he turned down during the off-season: “My agent has already addressed the matter. I have nothing else to add. I am fully committed to the new season with Khimki.”
