Belgian center Tomas Van Den Spiegel (30, 2.14) will continue his career in Spain after he signed 2-year contract with Pamesa Valencia. He started last season in Poland with Prokom Trefl but was later brought back to his former club CSKA Moscow to finish the season and also won Euroleague.
Van Den Spiegel was starting center in Prokom Trefl and was one of the key players for the clubs. After his departure to Moscow, the player warmed the bench for most of the time. However, his overall Euroelague statistics are not bad – 7.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
30-year-old center was Euroleague Week 4 MVP as he scored 27 points and made 14 rebounds against Virtus Bologna.
