Crvena Zvezda announced today that former Lokomotiv Kuban player, Joe Ragland, signed a two-year (1+1) deal with the club.
The 28-year-old point guard averaged 11.7 points, 3.7 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 18 EuroCup games with the Russian club last season as well as 12 points and four assists per game in the VTB League.
