The EuroLeague regular season concluded on Friday night and the remaining playoff encounters were set as Panathinaikos secured fourth place thanks to Zalgiris, who needed overtime to beat Olympiacos.

The Lithuanian side edged Olympiacos 86-85 in Piraeus. Brandon Davies led the winners with 18 points. Paulius Jankunas added 15, including the game-winning tip-in with 2.9 seconds left, which confirmed Panathinaikos’ place in the top four.

Olympiacos finished in third with Zalgiris in sixth. The two teams will meet again in the quarter-final, playoffs.

Real Madrid finished fifth despite a comfortable 106-86 home win over already eliminated Brose Bamberg.

Anthony Randolph led the winners with 23 points, including a perfect 4/4 from three-point land.

In a game with nothing but pride on the line, Valencia ended their EuroLeague campaign on a high note as they overcame Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv 87-84.

Bojan Dubljevic led Valencia with 15 points.
