At the age of 36, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Jose Calderon still insists that he has a lot of playing time left.

Despite the lack of playing time, Calderon is remaining professional.

“I go every day, trying to be prepared for what the coach asks me,” said Calderon.

“It’s not easy, but I’m happy to be here and help, I’m looking forward to things starting to go well and getting a good run of victories.”

Calderon noted that he feels better than any other season, yet he’s not sure for how long he’ll play. He is committed to carrying on.

“I don’t know for how long I will continue,” he added.

“I hope this season has shown a lot of people that I can still play. Last year I was in the Lakers, a young team where I did not have the opportunity to enjoy.”
