In what was supposed to be a highly anticipated and physical el’ Clasico, Real Madrid turned it into a one-sided, mismatch from the start as they eased past Barcelona 101-74 in Catalonia.

Real, who improve to 14-9, raced into a comfortable 30-13 lead and never looked back as Jaycee Carroll led six Madrid scorers in double digits with 18 points.

Khimki improved its playoffs chances by downing Panathinaikos 78-61 at home.

Zalgiris pushed itself closer to the playoffs by downing host basement side Anadolu Efes 86-70 in Istanbul.

Aaron White was perfect for Zalgiris with 6/6 two-point shooting and 3/3 free throws for 15 points as Zalgiris leap into fourth place.

Brose Bamberg tied a club-record 14 three-pointers and registered its largest win in the past two seasons, topping the visiting Crvena Zvezda 86-62.

Dorell Wright shined with 21 points to lead the German side.
