Hapoel Tel Aviv is reportedly trying to fend off NCAA interest in Yam Madar by offering the Israeli guard a three-year deal worth €8 million, according to Ynet.

The offer comes as Louisiana State University is reportedly pursuing Madar with a NIL package that could reach $5 million annually.

To keep him in Israel, Hapoel is said to be offering approximately €2.6 million per season.

Madar played a limited role in the EuroLeague this season, appearing in 16 games and averaging about 10 minutes per contest. However, his role expanded significantly after an injury to Elijah Bryant.

During the Israeli Winner League playoffs, Madar averaged 19.8 points and 3.6 assists in roughly 30 minutes per game under Dimitris Itoudis, helping lead Hapoel to the domestic finals.
