With Boniface N’Dong probably staying with Barcelona afterall, Olympiacos’ next target for the backup center is Robert Archibald of Unicaja Malaga.
Archibald’s contract with Unicaja expired recently so the player is a free agent. The Spanish club would like to keep the International with the Great Britain NT, but cannot compete financially with the Greek powerhouse.
Meanwhile Nemanja Bjelica could be the next signing to be announced by Olympiacos. The 22-year old Serbian has stated many times that he would like to play for Olympiacos under coach Ivkovic and even Benetton Treviso’s GM, Claudio Coldebella has admited negotiations with the Greek club.
