According to information obtained by the Russian sports website championat.ru CSKA Moscow is expected to announce the signing of American combo-guard Jamont Gordon in the following hours.
The website relies on “reliable information” regarding the signing and expects an announcement by the club in Friday morning.
The American combo-guard who had an impressive season with Cibona was one of the main targets of Panathinaikos to replace Spanoulis, who left for Olympiacos but was again beaten by CSKA, as it happened with Bykov aswell.
Gordon averaged 13.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists in last edition of Euroleague.
