Bjelica denies signing for Benetton!

It was reported earlier today that Benetton Treviso had agreed with Nemanja Bjelica upon a three years deal that would land the Serbian prospect to Serie A. But literally minutes ago the player himself dismissed these rumours and now everything is possible.

Bjelica is currently in Chicago, USA, attending the 2010 NBA Draft and when asked on live air about the deal with Benetton he replied: “I never signed anything with Benetton, everyone, myself included,  will know my next career stop after the draft is over.”

The player’s agent also revealed interest from top Euroleague clubs such as Barcelona, Unicaja Malaga and Caja Laboral and even an approach from Roma’s new General Manager Bogdan Tanjevic who is looking to put together a young new team.
