According to Greek sources Josh Childress will not continue with Olympiacos and is close to returning to the NBA after two seasons in Euroleague and Greek A1.
The 27-year old forward, who is earning 4.2 million euros net at Olympiacos will probably say no to this salary as he is reported to be one step away from the Washington Wizzards. Olympiacos had informed the player that he is unwanted by the club and ordered him to find a new team to play for, next season.
Olympiacos is looking into the possibility of signing Barcelona’s Pete Mickeal to replace Childress.
