Mark Lyons, point guard for Hapoel Tel-Aviv, received the Israeli Basketball League’s Top Scorer Award and is mulling over options to pursue NBA mini-camp invitations or lucrative offers in the Chinese Basketball Summer League.

Lyons averaged 20.1 points per game this season, shooting a blistering 40.4% from the three while also being 6th in assists with 4.8 dimes per game. Lyons won the Israeli Basketball Championship last season.

“A few Americans are trying to make claim to being the best, but Mark without argument is one of the top two or three young point guards in international basketball,” said his advisor Craig McKenzie of Higher Vision Sports AMG Country.
