Just a day after Arvydas Macijauskas officially became a free agent, and already one Euroleague club has shown interest in him. A club non-other than one of his previous clubs, Lietuvos Rytas.
Lietuvos Rytas coach Rimas Kurtinaitis has said that he would love to see Macijauskas in his team, but unfortunately they can not offer him anything more than a basic contract and the right conditions for him to prepare himself and get some playing time.
Macijauskas has been claiming that he is fit for months now and was just waiting for his free agency in order to start training again with a professional club and according to him he will need 3-4 months to reach optimal physical condition.
