Careful and down to earth as always, Real Madrid's Head Coach, Ettore Messina, keeps a low profile in his statements about the upcoming game against German Champions EWE Baskets Oldenburg in Germany.
"We cannot think that the win against Panathinaikos last week will give us any kind of advantage, because we would be wrong." said Messina about last week's game against defending Champions Panathinaikos.
Analysing Real's opponents Oldenburg, Messina said "The game against Oldenburg will be a complicated one, just like all Euroleague games. We face a team that has already been able to win on the road, as it did against Prokom, and that was about to do it again in Russia against Khimki. It is a very athletic team, physically strong, that plays a very organized basketball due to its coach's hard work. It plays its home games in a very enthusiastic atmosphere, that helps the team a lot. It will not be easy that we have to start from scratch if we want to fight for the win."
