French international Joffrey Lauvergne has been traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder from the Denver Nuggets in exchange for two protected second round picks in 2017.

However, it is widely expected that Lauvergne will play cameo minutes off the bench.

In the Frenchman’s two seasons with the Nuggets, Lauvergne appeared in 83 games (16 starts) and averaged 6.7 points and 4.4 rebounds in 15.8 minutes per game.

During the 2015-16 season, Lauvergne scored in double-figures on 26 occasions and recorded five double-doubles.
