Enes Kanter Freedom challenges WNBA gender rules

Enes Kanter Freedom continues his criticism of the WNBA’s approach to transgender participation, arguing that the league’s rules should apply consistently.

“The @WNBA says a woman is anyone who claims to be one. So if I say I’m a woman, you have to accept it,” Kanter Freedom wrote on X.

He questioned who should have the authority to determine whether someone’s gender identity is legitimate.

“Why does anyone get to decide whose journey is real and whose isn’t? Who gets to judge?” he added.
