As speculation continues to surround LeBron James’ free agency, Kevin Durant has shared his prediction on where the four-time NBA champion could play next.

Speaking on Wednesday, Durant said he believes Cleveland is the most likely landing spot, though he also sees Philadelphia as a serious contender.

“That’s the million-dollar question. I wish I knew. If I had to choose one, I would say Cleveland. But I think Philly got a good chance, too,” Durant said.

Recent reports suggest James is expected to remain in the Eastern Conference, with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Philadelphia 76ers now viewed as the leading contenders.

Teams from the Western Conference, once considered possibilities, are reportedly no longer in the running.

James’ agent, Rich Paul, recently said the NBA’s all-time leading scorer is looking for complete basketball happiness at this stage of his career.

At the same time, reports have indicated James is willing to sign for the veteran minimum if it gives him the best chance to compete for another championship.
