Free agent guard Norman Powell has agreed to a two-year, $45 million deal with the Chicago Bulls, according to ESPN.

Powell arrives in Chicago after an All-Star season with the Heat, where he established himself as one of the league’s most reliable scorers. Over the past two seasons, he has averaged nearly 22 points per game.

The contract was finalized by Bulls executives with Powell’s agents, Jason Glushon of Glushon Sports Management and Khalid McCaskill, adding another proven offensive weapon to Chicago’s roster.
