The Los Angeles Lakers are adding former Syracuse big man William Kyle on an Exhibit 10 contract after he went undrafted in the 2026 NBA Draft.

Kyle finished his college career at Syracuse, where he averaged 8.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game while establishing himself as an effective rim protector.

Before joining the Orange, he also spent time at South Dakota State and UCLA.

The 22-year-old entered the draft process as a developmental frontcourt prospect and now receives an opportunity to compete for a place within the Lakers organization.

His size, rebounding, and shot-blocking ability make him an intriguing addition for Summer League and training camp.

The Exhibit 10 agreement could eventually be converted into a two-way contract, though Kyle may also spend time with the South Bay Lakers as he begins his professional career.
