EA7 Emporio Armani Milan has added one of the EuroLeague’s most reliable perimeter shooters, signing Alec Peters to a multi-year deal, the club announced Thursday.
The 30-year-old forward arrives after four seasons with Olympiacos Piraeus, where he became a key part of one of Europe’s most successful teams and won his second EuroLeague championship this past season. Peters gives Milan an elite floor spacer as the club reshapes its roster following a 17-21 EuroLeague campaign.
Peters enters Milan ranked fifth all-time in EuroLeague three-point percentage at 46.0%, and he is the only player in the competition’s top 10 in accuracy with more than 250 made threes. He has converted 326 three-pointers across eight EuroLeague seasons, providing a proven scoring option who can stretch defenses from the power forward position.
During the 2025-26 EuroLeague season, Peters averaged 7.5 points and 2.8 rebounds in 43 games while shooting 41.8% from three-point range. His impact was especially visible during Olympiacos’ Final Four run in Athens, where he scored 17 points in the semifinal victory over Fenerbahce and followed with 16 points and seven rebounds in the championship game against Real Madrid.
Peters was Olympiacos’ leading scorer and PIR leader during the Final Four, posting a 21.5 average in the two biggest games of the season.
The signing addresses one of Milan’s biggest roster needs: consistent shooting. In the 2025-26 EuroLeague season, Milan ranked among the middle of the competition in overall offensive production, finishing 14th with a 17-21 record. Several of its top contributors were already heavily dependent on perimeter scoring, including Armoni Brooks, Zach LeDay and Shavon Shields.
Brooks averaged 13.1 points while shooting 41.6% from three, LeDay averaged 13.1 points on 49.5% three-point shooting, and Shields contributed 12.7 points with a 37.4% mark from deep. However, all three players have been linked with possible summer exits, increasing the importance of Peters’ arrival.
Milan is adding more than just a shooter. Peters brings championship experience from both ends of his EuroLeague career. He won his first EuroLeague title with CSKA Moscow in the 2018-19 season before becoming a centerpiece of Olympiacos’ resurgence. The Greek club reached four consecutive Final Fours during his tenure and won the 2026 title after finishing first in the regular season at 26-12.
Peters’ best individual EuroLeague season came in 2023-24, when he averaged 13.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and shot 53.5% from three. His ability to punish defensive rotations could give Milan more spacing around its creators and big men.
