The Detroit Pistons face a tense buildup to Game 4 of their Eastern Conference second-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, with two rotation players listed on the injury report ahead of Monday night’s clash at Rocket Arena in Cleveland.

Detroit leads the series 2-1, but uncertainty surrounds the availability of Kevin Huerter and Caris LeVert, both listed as questionable heading into a pivotal matchup that could swing momentum back toward Cleveland.

Game 4 is scheduled for Monday, May 11, at 8:00 PM ET, and the Cavaliers enter the contest without a single player on their injury report.

For Detroit, the concern starts with Huerter, who is managing a left adductor strain. He has appeared in just four playoff games and has struggled to establish rhythm, averaging 1.5 points on 28.6% shooting in limited minutes.

The second question mark is LeVert, who is dealing with a right heel contusion. LeVert has played in nine postseason games but has been used sparingly, averaging 3.0 points in 12.8 minutes per game, limiting Detroit’s backcourt depth.

The injury situation places added pressure on primary creator Cade Cunningham, who has carried a heavy load throughout the playoffs. He is averaging 30.2 points and 7.7 assists per game, often facing increased defensive attention when Detroit’s spacing tightens.

Inside, Detroit continues to rely on the frontcourt presence of Jalen Duren and veteran forward Tobias Harris, both of whom have been key in rebounding battles against Cleveland’s physical interior rotation.

Cleveland, meanwhile, enters Game 4 at full strength. Donovan Mitchell leads the scoring attack at 25.1 points per game, supported by a balanced frontcourt anchored by Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen, who continue to control the paint on both ends.

Veteran playmaking from James Harden has also stabilized Cleveland’s offense, with his 6.0 assists per game complementing Mitchell’s shot creation and Mobley’s interior efficiency.

The series has already shifted quickly. Detroit opened with two home wins, 111-101 and 107-97, before Cleveland responded with a 116-109 victory in Game 3 to cut the deficit to 2-1.
