Cruz added context to the situation, stating, “That said, I don’t believe the Suns will blow things on an all-in move. Would have to make sense! They love the situation they are in.”
Suns insider John Gambadoro denied the report though, claiming that there have been ‘zero discussion’ about the Greek superstar.
The update comes after a turbulent 2025-26 season for Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, who finished 32-50 and missed the playoffs.
The 31-year-old forward completed the first year of a three-year, $175 million deal but has not committed to a long-term extension, with reports indicating he declined a potential $275 million offer.
