Joe Ingles is nearing the end of his 12th NBA season, currently with the Minnesota Timberwolves, and could be considering a return home if he decides to keep playing next year.

The 38-year-old is reportedly exploring opportunities in Australia’s NBL, having held discussions with Melbourne United and South East Melbourne Phoenix, while the Adelaide 36ers are also said to be interested in bringing him in.

Since entering the NBA in the 2014-15 season, Ingles has played for four teams.

He spent the majority of his career with the Utah Jazz over eight seasons, followed by one-year stints with the Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic, before joining Minnesota, where he has played the last two seasons.

Before making the move to the NBA, Ingles began his professional career in Australia with the South Dragons.

He later spent time playing in Spain for four years and had a season in Israel prior to arriving in the league.
