Toumani Camara delivered a career night Monday, scoring 35 points and knocking down nine three-pointers to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 134-99 victory over the Brooklyn Nets at Moda Center.

The 35-point margin marked Portland’s largest win of the season and reinforced its push to remain competitive in the Western Conference play-in race.

Camara produced one of the most efficient shooting performances of the year, finishing 10-of-12 from the field and 9-of-11 from three-point range.

The forward opened the game on a historic shooting run, hitting his first eight attempts from beyond the arc while spacing the floor and forcing Brooklyn’s defense into constant rotations.

Camara’s scoring explosion helped Portland seize early control and maintain a double-digit lead for most of the night.

The Trail Blazers shot 55% from the field and 47% from three-point range while consistently generating open perimeter looks through ball movement and transition opportunities.

Deni Avdija added 18 points and five rebounds, while Scoot Henderson contributed 13 points, five assists and four steals to help drive Portland’s pace.

Donovan Clingan controlled the interior with a dominant defensive effort, collecting 15 rebounds and blocking seven shots while anchoring the paint.

Kris Murray also provided key support off the bench with 16 points and five rebounds, helping extend Portland’s lead in the second half.

The Trail Blazers grabbed the lead for good late in the first quarter after Murray converted a three-point play with 4:48 remaining.

That basket triggered a 13-2 run that pushed the score to 28-18 and forced Brooklyn to play from behind for the rest of the game.

Portland then opened the second quarter with an 11-1 burst after Jrue Holiday scored a late layup to close the first period, stretching the lead into double digits.

The Nets never recovered from the early deficit and trailed by at least nine points for the remainder of the contest.

Brooklyn struggled offensively throughout the night, shooting just 41% from the field and 28% from three-point range.

Tyson Etienne led the Nets with 18 points, while Ziaire Williams added 16 and Josh Minott contributed 15.

The loss continued a difficult stretch for Brooklyn, which has dropped eight straight games and 18 of its last 20.

At 17-55, the Nets now sit near the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings and remain in a tight race for the league’s best draft lottery odds alongside Indiana and Washington.

Several players were unavailable for both teams.

Robert Williams III sat out for Portland due to knee injury management, while Jerami Grant missed his second consecutive game with foot soreness.

Brooklyn was also shorthanded, with Danny Wolf, Drake Powell, Terance Mann, Noah Clowney and Michael Porter Jr. all unavailable.

Portland improved to 36-37 with the victory and will host the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, while Brooklyn continues its road trip against the Golden State Warriors.
