Washington Wizards star Trae Young has been ruled out indefinitely after suffering multiple injuries.

He sustained a right quadriceps contusion during Monday’s loss, marking a setback after recently recovering from a similar issue, and further imaging revealed ongoing discomfort related to lower back irritation.

With only a few weeks left in the regular season, it’s likely Young won’t return this year.

The Wizards are also without Anthony Davis, who remains sidelined indefinitely as he recovers from a hand injury, with the team prioritizing both players’ health heading into next season.
