Serbian big man Ognjen Kuzmic is returning home after agreeing terms with Crvena Zvezda, which ends his one-year stint with Panathinaikos.

Kuzmic, 26, heads to Belgrade with NBA experience and even a championship ring, which he won in 2015 with the Golden State Warriors, featuring in 16 games, failing to start any and averaging below a point a game.

The Bosnian-born center returned to Europe in the summer 2015 and joined Panathinaikos, where he averaged much higher numbers of 5.1 points and 4.1 rebounds a game, starting in 18 of the Greens’ 25 EuroLeague encounters last season.

Kuzmic joins Red Star on a three-year deal.
