The Luka Doncic and LeBron James powered the Los Angeles Lakers to a 128-104 win over the Sacramento Kings Sunday night at Crypto.com Arena, completing a back-to-back sweep after Saturday’s victory in Golden State.

Doncic scored 28 points and dished nine assists while making four 3-pointers, exiting after three quarters as the Lakers built an early 22-point lead. James added 24 points, including two highlight dunks, and combined with Marcus Smart and Luke Kennard to make three 3-pointers each.

Austin Reaves contributed 12 points and Deandre Ayton added 12 on perfect 6-of-6 shooting, helping Los Angeles finish 50% from the field and 46% from three while controlling the boards with 37 rebounds.

The Lakers never trailed after Sacramento’s opening basket, shooting 17 of 33 from beyond the arc while their starters were on the floor and flirting with the franchise record for 3-point percentage before finishing 18 of 39.

Nique Clifford led the Kings with 26 points, and Russell Westbrook added 14 against his former team in his hometown. Sacramento has now lost 18 of 20 games and is the NBA’s worst team at 14-48.

The Lakers rested Doncic, Reaves, and Ayton in the fourth quarter as they face four games in the next seven days, a stretch with no consecutive days off.

Los Angeles looks to continue its momentum when it hosts the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday, while Sacramento returns home against the Phoenix Suns on the same night.
