New Orleans, missing star Zion Williamson due to a right ankle injury, struggled to keep pace. Jeremiah Fears scored a team-high 28 points with five 3-pointers, while Derik Queen added 19 and Dejounte Murray had 17.
The Pelicans fell to 19-43 and were outscored in every quarter after the first. Trey Murphy III returned from a five-game absence and added 16 points, but Dallas’ defensive lapses allowed the Clippers to control the paint and perimeter.
