The Sacramento Kings have signed forward Patrick Baldwin Jr. to a two-way contract, Michael Scotto reported on Sunday, February 22. Baldwin joins a Kings roster struggling at 12–46 and currently last in the Western Conference.

Baldwin, 23, spent the 2025–26 season on short-term deals with the Los Angeles Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers. He appeared in five total games this season, averaging 3.3 points and 0.7 rebounds in 4.7 minutes per game.

The forward initially joined the Clippers on a training camp deal in October 2025 but was waived before the regular season. He later signed 10-day contracts with Los Angeles on January 16 and Philadelphia on February 5, returning to the Clippers’ G League affiliate between stints.

In his four-year NBA career, Baldwin has played 96 games across three teams. He has averaged 3.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.4 assists while shooting 40.9% from the field and 37.7% from three-point range.

Sacramento has struggled this season and is on a 16-game losing streak. Baldwin’s two-way contract allows him to split time between the NBA team and its G League affiliate, providing flexibility for the struggling roster.
